SlatTAS: A Graphical Simulator for the aSAM\(^-\)

Description

SlatTAS is an abstract Slat Assembly Model (aSAM) simulator written in Python that allows users to simulate and visualize assemblies in the aSAM.

The simulator allows for graphical viewing of assemblies, fast forwarding and rewinding of assembly growth, and easy zooming, scrolling, and inspection of assemblies among other features. SlatTAS is freely released and its source code is freely available, along with a README file explaining its dependencies. It also allows for saving images of assemblies as SVG and PDF files.
