Simulation of aTAM by aSAM

Software downloadable from this page is related to the simulation of the aTAM by the aSAM discussed on the Abstract Slat Assembly Model (aSAM) page. It can be used to generate aTAM systems for several of the classes discussed, convert classes of aTAM systems to aSAM systems, simulate their self-assembly, and visualize the results.
