Description

WebTAS is browser-based simulator for the abstract Tile Assembly Model (aTAM) allows users to load and simulate systems, and to design tile sets and seeds. It is our fastest of aTAM simulator and also capable of simulating assemblies to very large sizes (> 10,000,000 tiles). Since it runs in your browser, there is no need to install any additional software or dependencies. It has been tested in Firefox and Chrome.

The simulator allows for graphical creation of seed assemblies, fast forwarding and rewinding of assembly growth, and easy zooming, scrolling, and inspection of assemblies among other features. The graphical tile type editor allows tile types to be easily designed and manipulated. Assemblies and tile sets can be created, saved, and reloaded.

WebTAS is in early stages of development and is likely to contain a few bugs and inconveniences. Use at your own risk! Please feel free to email tas@self-assembly.net with any questions, comments, etc. We hope that you enjoy this software and find it useful!
